Do I need to install anything?
No. You can record from the browser right away. The Chrome extension and the desktop app add one-click tab recording, computer sound and the floating camera bubble.
Where are my videos stored?
In the European Union. Viewer analytics work without cookies, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
What happens if I go over my quota?
Nothing is charged by surprise. On paid plans you can use credits, within a monthly cap set by your workspace admin.
Can my clients comment without an account?
Yes, if you allow it. You choose for each video: nobody, invited people, verified emails, or everyone.
